• Select machine tooling to be used per specifications, utilizing knowledge of machine and production
requirements.
• Study blueprints, engineer drawings, work orders and machine instructions to determine product
specifications, tool requirements and operational sequences.
• Efficiently utilize allotted time on work orders.
• Perform basic maintenance on tools and machinery to insure safety and quality.
• Produce high quality product.
• Work in a team environment while also maintaining independent tasks.
• Assist in other areas of the plant as needed.
• Practice proper use of PPE and other safety measures in the workplace.

• Inspect and clean food preparation areas, equipment and serving areas to ensure safe and sanitary

• Ensure freshness of food and ingredients by checking for quality, keeping track of old and new items
and rotating stock.
• Prepare, portion, arrange and serve food to patrons.

• Maintain clean and orderly checkout and food preparation areas and complete other general
cleaning duties.
• Count money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts to ensure amounts are correct and there is
adequate change.
