I have been a student of Mr. Townes at Soldotna High School for his Nutrition of Foods Course, Culinary I, and Culinary II. I have also been an aide for his Culinary I class for two semesters, one this year and one last year.
My future plans are to attend the Avtec Culinary Arts Program after graduation in 2026. I would really like the opportunity to work in a fast paced, upscale restaurant so that I can add to my experience before attending Avtec.
My hope is to become a head chef at an upscale restaurant after graduating from Avtec Culinary Arts program.
