To seek and maintain full-time position that offers professional challenges utilizing interpersonal skills, excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
o Preform half-hour to hour rounds and check on each patient.
o Conduct and supervise groups, and complete individual progress notes
o Assist in teaching Residents basic adult living skills including communication and coping skills
o Developed systems to keep organization and consistency in the house, such as nightly rotating medication lists, laundry list and sign-up, etc.
o Organized Welcome baskets for new residents when they arrive at the Pegasus house, they include basic hygiene products, journals, 12-Step guide, program schedules, rules and basic information about the program.
· Work individually with Residents when to help them grow and make improvements to support their recovery.
· Bring Residents to nightly NA/AA meeting.
· Assists the clinical team by providing direct support and encouragement to residents to help educate, engage and complete continuity of care plans in collaboration with resident’s treatment team.
· Supports the community with treatment engagement, works to de-escalate treatment barriers and educate resident’s on the importance of completing treatment and continuing care beyond our treatment program to maintain recovery.
· Document all patient interaction, complete timely screeners and dimension notes to track patient progress and treatment needs.
· Engages residents by running recovery-oriented group activities and conducting one on one sessions with patients to determine and work on treatment goals.
