Accomplishments

streamlined annual inventory process for department staff by implementing a color coded, organized system universally throughout the facility. this system decreased count time significantly allowing the entire facility to be counted in two days, and increased inventory accuracy by precluding double counting supplies. additionally, this system allowed clinical staff to properly identify which items they were responsible for ordering and where those items were coming from, leading to an increase in ordering compliance and a decrease in depleted supplies.
