  • Significant account growth of a new account - Galderma AX: 2022 target of £700k vs £1.16m actuals achieved
  • Following an original Galderma AX Data Comms agency appointment, through nurturing and farming the account and developing Senior Stakeholder relationships, the M+M remit evolved to include additional scopes of work from the AX Global Customer and Education Training Team, Events Team and the Sculptra Brand team
  • These included proposing and mapping new activities and tactics against the annual brand plans to deliver upon strategic objectives
  • Additional activities included: KTL Framework & Strategy, HCP Learner Journeys, Long-term Patient Diary concept & films, Sculptra Differentiation Framework & film, Congress booth design, MTE sessions & initial launch concepts for an Aesthetics Journal / Publication
  • Initial creation and development of a M+M Client Service training module on the importance of emotional intelligence within the Client Services function

  • In the Senior Account Director role, I was responsible for driving forward a category first Global Consumer Education Communications Programme for Allergan, across Juvederm, CoolSculpting and Botox
  • My role was consultative and strategic; overseeing a full team of Creative, Strategy and Digital/UX designers, and working alongside Senior Client Stakeholders to help define the project scope, objectives, KPIs and Strategic and Creative direction for the Global Consumer Education toolkit
  • Additionally, I oversaw delivery of an HCP digital product comparison tool for HCPs (Juvederm), in-clinic activation campaigns (CoolSculpting) and HCP to Consumer email campaigns (CoolSculpting).
