• Serve as administrative assistant for the US Sales SVPs
• Manage calendars, coordinate meetings/Teams conferences, prepare information, arrange travel and file expense reports as needed
• Complete purchase orders and supplier set ups as required for sales and sales operations purchases including team apparel and other items
• Logistics and planning of Sales team meetings including on-site support as needed
• Assist sales department hiring managers by facilitating interview process and coordinating with HR
• Support field sales team in direction, organization, and guidance with respect to accessing appropriate persons, departments or resources in-house/externally
• Negotiate favorable terms with hotels and other venues for team meetings and events, manage rooming lists and take appropriate measures to control costs
• As a member of the Sales Administration Team, serve as a backup to other team members in the event of absence (may include administrative support for executives, credentialing support and other administrative support)
• Support Sales and Sales Operations activities as directed
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for more effective communication and coordination of sales initiatives
• Efficiently process orders for US, Mexico, India and Korea
