All of the skills used during shadowing at Cleveland Clinic Akron General were the same as those used during shadowing at Akron Children's (which can be found below in my resume).

• Shadowed physicians during procedures, gaining insight into diagnostic and treatment processes.
• Participated in team meetings to learn about collaborative healthcare strategies and patient management.
• Engaged with healthcare professionals to develop knowledge of various specialties and treatments.
• Familiarized with medical terminology and documentation standards for improved communication efficiency.
