Two weeks in, the BDC Manager was let go, and her duties were handed off to me and another BDC agent, Ruby P.

  • I became an expert user in CRM.
  • Managed lead distributions to new and pre-owned sales consultants.
  • Fix distributions every Monday due to the schedule.
  • Manage lead distribution for new and pre-owned sales consultants with the highest internet closing ratio on Monday of week 3 of each month.
  • Use Auto Minor on a daily basis to work on our own base, and send emails, as well as have GM record and send out calls to get them to upgrade or sell us their vehicle.
  • Create templates for the BDC team, sales, and managers.
  • Create business opportunities, set, or confirm appointments.
  • Make sure leads are revised on the correct days, being engaged or unengaged.
  • Make sure leads are answered promptly, and communications are being answered by sales consultants, or let sales managers know as soon as possible.

  • Get the new hire's ID and social security number; have them fill out an application package. Have them take Cole's group number and code. Tell them to schedule an appointment with Cole Group. Have them fill out a New Hire package.
