I worked closely with the production team to coordinate delivery of visual effects (including CG and compositing) as well as conform, and finishing. My duties included:
-Providing consistent administrative support to the production management team and show supervisors
-Scheduling and tracking progress of tasks for assigned artists or sequences in the production pipeline
-Partnering with producers, supervisors and clients to ensure shots are scheduled and delivered in a timely manner
-Following up with artists on a daily basis to ensure task deliveries remain on schedule and communicating any scheduling changes to the appropriate artists, supervisors and producers
-Coordinating and leading all client deliveries with Production Services department
-Managing meeting schedules and walkthroughs for supervisors, publishing detailed notes for the team
-Leading the setup of dailies and all client review sessions
I worked closely with the Graphics Manager at CBS Sports Network. My duties included:
-Artist coordination: Organizing, prioritizing and assigning all incoming graphic requests for remote production to scheduled artists. Following up with artists on progress and ensuring all deadlines are met.
-Quality control: Completing quality checks on new graphic elements for remote production—proofreading for color, logos, spelling & grammar. Approving all finished graphic elements.
-Preparing elements for live broadcast: Quality checking new studio elements, logging and titling each new file to standard format, loading files into Tria, and providing records for producers and studio crew
-Maintaining database of graphic elements: Creating and regularly updating a series of spreadsheets for hundreds of NCAA teams as well as NFL, NBA, NHL and MLB teams. These spreadsheets track what completed graphic elements are stored on our servers, as well as details about each individual element.
-Delivery: Posting approved elements to shared server for immediate producer and editor access.
Reception/Administrative Duties: Answer and direct all incoming phone calls to the company; maintain daily records of all current edit, mix or conform jobs and clients in-house; enter detailed metadata for completed jobs into storage database for easy access to finished spots; arrange weekly catered office lunches (including budgeting, menu, purchasing and set up)
Expediting/Runner Duties: Log and track all incoming and outgoing drives, pack and ship drives for finished jobs to storage, hand deliver drives to various agencies throughout the city; complete weekly inventory and orders for food, beverage, equipment and supplies; maintain stock and cleanliness of entire office, complete any additional tasks requested by assistants, editors, producers or company partners
Served as the sole Reservations Agent in the Massachusetts office at Furnished Quarters.
Client relations-Constant phone and email communication with clients. Qualify all incoming leads and work any transient or independent leads not associated with corporate accounts. Maintain a strong relationship with each client and provide them with options that fit their personal needs.

Switch between multiple computer programs and software, answer phones for both sales and customer service calls, create email templates and customized options for every client. Served as the sole In-House Reservationist at a 356 room four-diamond property.
Group reservations—entered and audited rooming lists for groups of all sizes from small parties to citywide conferences, process group billing information, worked closely with sales department and group clients to ensure accuracy and a positive guest experience.
Transient reservations—Managed all in-house bookings, created individual reservations for transient business and leisure travelers, audited third party arrivals and extranets including but not limited to Booking.com, Expedia, Hotel Tonight, Hotwire and Tablet, manually input direct and third party reservations as needed.
Worked closely with Director of Revenue Management to ensure rates reflect business needs and market trends, researched commissions and communicated results to Accounting department for payment.
Served as primary point of contact for all guests in-house; warmly and professionally provided concierge services including recommendations for activities, dining and transportation.
