  • 1. March 9th, 2022 - Property manager Patrick Mckeon wanted to give a shout out to Kate Schilling for her assistance in getting the heat restored at the East Mountain branch. Patrick said the communication between Kate, Ricardo, Burkhardt Mechanical, and Walsh electric were amazing, which assisted in the heat being restored in a timely manner. Great job Kate keep up the good work.
  • 2. October 19th, 2022 - This Bravo Award goes to Kate Schilling for her dedication and enthusiasm to help promote CBRE’s Global Safety & Wellbeing Week. Not only has Kate been participating in the daily safety events, but she also submitted multiple safety slogans that were all top-notch! Kate jumps into any team initiative with zest and energy. She is a true team player and she sets the bar high for the entire account. Thank you Kate for your proactive support and dedication to keeping this team safe!
  • 3. January 30th, 2023 - Lori Malchow, Senior Operations Processor for Wells Fargo CPG sent Orv Bischoff the following email this email on 01/25/23: “Hi Orv, I was told that I could reach out to you regarding this. I wanted to express my sincerest compliments about Kate Schilling, because quite frankly she is FANTASTIC to work with. She is always friendly when I reach out for assistance, and more importantly, she is extremely thorough and prompt when providing me with updates and ETAs on work orders. Kate’s positive and helpful attitude are a breath of fresh air, and greatly appreciated! If you could see fit to recognize her in some way, or forward to the appropriate person to do so, I would appreciate it. Thank you, Lori Malchow” Thank you Kate for your amazing support to Lori and the CPG team!
  • 4. February 15th, 2023 - This Bravo Award goes to Kate Schilling for her collaborative efforts in helping support our Safety Champion program in the Central and Northeast regions. On the monthly Safety Committee call, Tristan Kightly recently highlighted the Rick and Tony show and told everyone how strong and interactive the Safety Champion program is on this team. The “Rick and Tony Show” has certainly gotten a lot of buzz and it helped to set the standard on how our HSE leadership wants us to communicate within our teams. Kate has practically become the third host of the show and she is regularly adding content and lending support to Rick and Tony. I know that the “Rick and Tony Show” takes a lot of time to organize and produce and I appreciate the effort that Kate puts in to make this happen. Even when the going gets tough, Kate keeps a positive attitude and helps drive corporate safety initiatives. Keep up the great work, Kate and thanks so much for your commitment to keeping our team safe!
  • 5. March 15th, 2023 - This Bravo Award goes to Kate Schilling for the amazing support that she gave to the Northeast and Central team to make the Corrigo roll out a successful one. Kate played a pivotal role in working with the NECTR group to ensure that she was well-versed in the new CMMS system and she was ready for the launch. Her proactiveness with getting into the CMMS system early not only wound up being a huge help to this team, but to the other regions as well. I know this was not an easy task, especially given the fact that Kate was also covering duties of the FC role as well. Kate persevered and diligently worked with the NECTR Pod Leaders to overcome any new obstacle that they encountered. I appreciate her proactiveness and her willingness to take on a challenge that often seemed overwhelming. Kate was an amazing leader to her team and a strong partner to Amanda Allen and Dave Wilts all throughout the pre-launch process. Even though our Corrigo “go live” date has now passed, Kate continues to provide unmatched support and direction to anyone who needs assistance, even if they’re not part of the Northeast or Central team.
  • Thank you, Kate, for being such a strong trainer and a wonderful leader! We couldn’t have gotten through this without you!
