  • Facilitated implementation of Continuum of Care Reform in Santa Cruz County.
  • Created the first-ever, state-level, public-private partnership to promote strategic, coordinated investment in child welfare system improvement.
  • Facilitated the design and implementation of a practice model to ensure more African American children in Fresno County‘s child welfare system find permanent families.
  • Successfully advocated that the California Department of Social Services (CDSS) build on the Fresno model to win a federal Children’s Bureau Permanency Innovations Initiative planning grant.
  • Designed and facilitated a year-long process, with input from over 100 stakeholders, to develop an implementation plan that allowed CDSS to ultimately secure the $15.5 m Permanency Innovations Initiative implementation grant.
