Serve as a Parent and Co-Parent Coach, empowering families to make meaningful changes and experience peace within the family unit, while supporting their child's growth and success. Specializing in behavior modification, I use a strengths-based approach that is tailored to each family's unique needs and lifestyle. Preparing to assume roles as a Guardian Ad Litem and Parent Coordinator.

Worked as a Professor of Education, facilitating graduate education courses and mentoring teacher candidates in completing their graduate research projects.

Began working as a Master Trainer, leading worldwide trainings for professionals supporting families with behavior strategies for their children. Was promoted to PAX Tools Manager within 6 months, where I managed and developed a team of 30+ trainers. Completed data collection, analysis, and entry to meet grant deliverables through various agencies. Worked with key stakeholders to submit reports on program effectiveness. Developed marketing tools and aided in outreach and sustainability efforts to further grow the company. Co-authored several novice programs, including the trauma-informed, evidence-based PAX Tools for Youth Development, PAX Tools for Family Educators, and PAX Tools for New Beginnings.

Worked as an ABA Behavioral Therapist for children and adolescents with developmental disabilities. Developed individualized client plans, monitored client progress through data collection, collaborated with and provided support and training to families, reported client progress to supervising BCBAs and insurance agencies.

Worked as an elementary special educator, facilitating small group classes and co-teaching in an inclusion setting. Wrote and implemented Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), led IEP team meetings, and submitted progress reports. Established a district-wide Positive Behavioral Intervention and Supports (PBIS) program, led a team of school-based professionals, and played a key role in reintegrating students with severe behavioral challenges into general education classrooms. Worked closely with families, case managers, paraprofessionals, counselors, school psychologists, administrators, and general education teachers to ensure intervention consistency and student success.

Worked as an alternative teacher for students with intensive behavioral challenges. Implemented behavior modification plans and facilitated activities to promote interpersonal skills, coping strategies, and other skills necessary to succeed and flourish in society. Collaborated with parents, case managers, parole officers, related services personnel, and school district representatives daily to support the needs of each student.
