
Hi! My name is Katelyn, and I'm a 20-year-old student currently enrolled in the Veterinary Technician program through Penn Foster College. Since my coursework is completed online, I have a very flexible schedule and am able to accommodate a wide range of working hours.
Over the past few years, I've gained hands-on experience working at farms and horse barns, where I was responsible for animal care, facility upkeep, and building strong relationships with clients. These roles required reliability, attention to detail, and consistent communication with customers to ensure their needs were met.
In addition, my experience working at camps has strengthened my customer service skills, particularly when it comes to welcoming new clients, explaining services and procedures, and communicating clearly with parents and first-time visitors. I'm comfortable providing thorough information, answering questions, and creating a positive, welcoming environment.
