Summary

I am currently an elementary Resource Room Teacher servicing students in Utica Community Schools. Before working for UCS, I spent my career within an NHA school in the position of a special education teacher. I have been fortunate to receive top notch coaching through my dean and special education supervisor over the years. I am now in a position where I want to lead and serve staff, parents, and students in a new community. I am capable and wanting to learn where I have room to grow with experience. I am a versatile Special Education Teacher with a focus on individual student needs across academia and emotional development. I am empathetic and accommodating in design and implementation of hands-on lessons, catering to diverse learning abilities. I am proficient in employing constant communication, patience and positive reinforcement in team efforts to deliver exceptional educational tools, fostering academic achievement.
