After 6 months of solo travel across Europe, Katelyn settled in Istanbul, Türkiye in 2016 and established her own private tutoring business. Since then, she has been working mainly with elite upper class Turkish and Russian families throughout Turkey, teaching English and accompanying them on their international vacations to provide English translation.
Being an immigrant in Turkey, Katelyn is an expert in cultural immersion. She has worked closely with students from many countries, including Syria, Lithuania, Türkiye, Japan, Russia, Turkmenistan, and Romania.
