  • Assist the Director of Bloodstock and Racing/Sales Manager in anything necessary.
  • Manage and keep the Horse Management System and spreadsheets up to date with most current status of each horse in training including their location, recent vaccinations, progress notes, etc.
  • Send out and update racing calendars monthly for future meets and stakes races.
  • Uploaded to the Godolphin Facebook page regarding upcoming races.
  • Participate in weekly calls with trainers to obtain updates on each horse.
  • Assist with Godolphin Lifetime Care program: a program that ensures a second home and career for our retired racehorses. I am responsible for taking photos and videos, contacting potential adopters, discussing a contract, following up with previously adopted horses, and posting and creating media content regarding our retired racehorses.
  • Assist in organizing Retired Racehorse Project Sponsorship each year for 4-5 adopters.
  • Assist the Sales Coordinator with the following tasks during sales: I arrange photos and videos of all horses, collate sales paperwork and submit before the deadlines, research each entry for veterinary disclosures and vices, produce information sheets, upload entries and data onto the Godolphin website, produce new buyer letters.
  • Works with bloodstock agents to contract mares to stallions before the breeding season.
  • Greet clients at the farm for stallion shows.
  • Generate new clients, mares, and contracts in the HMS system.
  • Communicate with clients to book mares to our stallions.
  • Assist in daily booking data entry.
  • Assist with our two grand events each year: Thoroughbred Industry Employee Awards and Darley Alcibiades at Keeneland.
  • Gather data for the Market Researcher to put together statistics for various parts of the corporation.
