  • Coaching leaders on effective performance management, people practices and change management.
  • Managing internal investigations and employee relations issues. Driving decision outcomes and corrective actions, including up to termination.
  • Working closely with Legal partners on employee accommodations, investigations, trainings and other sensitive issues to mitigate risk and drive compliance across the organization.
