I worked primarily in the memory care unit as a resident care aide. Gaslight Village runs a little different, so instead of having LPNs or RNs there were med passers, who were responsible for giving the resident their medication. So I was responsible for passing oral, topical, rectal, and subcutaneous medication. I was a senior med passer and shift supervisor on 2nd shift, responsible for training new hires.
