• AWARE Club, West Chester, PA, 08/2020, 06/2021, Allied Whites Against Racism for Equity; Attended weekly meetings discussing white privilege, methods to recognizing racism in social settings, and ways to address racism. Read the works of many black influencers and stayed up to date with current events.
• Peer Tutor Program Head, West Chester, PA, 08/2019, 06/2021, Tutored my sophomore year and became a head of the Peer Tutor Program my Junior and Senior years. Managed the pairing of tutors and students, developed schedules and meeting times, and regularly checked in to ensure it was benefitting the student in need.
• Lacrosse Captain, West Chester, PA, 03/2019, 06/2021, Began playing at the start of the spring season sophomore year Designated Team Captain during junior year and held this position through to senior year
• Whitewater Canoeing, Temagami, Canada, 06/2017, 08/2019, Attended a four week trip, traveling rivers and lakes of Northern Ontario for 3 summers. Canoed, camped, and portaged with zero contact outside of the canoeing group. Participated in regular group meetings throughout the trip, reflecting on difficult questions about our identities, past experiences, and future goals.
