CVICU Nurse Experience in Level 2 Trauma system

• Regularly, caring for patients in critical condition
• Neurological patients with monitoring devices
• Ventilator and ABG interpretation
• Post CABG, Valve Repairs/Replacements and supportive devices such as an IABP and Impella
• CRRT
• Multiple vasoactive medications
• RRT with Post Code TTM
• Charge Nurse
• Education, Scheduling and Shared Governance Member

• Float pool RN in critical access hospital
• Crossed trained to Medical/Surgical and ER
• Assisting in traumas, hospital transfers, complex medical and surgical patients, and swing bed patients

• Charge PCU nurse with cardiac training including pacers, arterial lines, limited vasoactive use, and post procedural TAVR/Cath Lab patients

• Work as a Volunteer first responder
