  • Head of the Michigan Project within the SSJ Lab. I initiated the creation of this project and lead the effort to digitize and collect data from thousands of historical hospital records. Currently overseeing a team of 4 undergraduate researchers.
  • Lead the digitization and data scraping of approximately 20,000 eugenic sterilization records that had previously been forgotten by the state of California. With these data, we lead the initiative to compensate the living survivors of state sterilizations. The compensation program went into effect in 2022
