Provided bilingual support to Hispanic families, assisting with translation and interpretation during school interactions and communications. Facilitated effective communication between school staff and Hispanic parents/guardians, ensuring they understand important information regarding their child's education. Assisted with paperwork and documentation, translating forms, letters, and notices into Spanish to accommodate non-English speaking families. . Collaborated with school administrators and counselors to address the needs and concerns of Hispanic students and families.

Demonstrated leadership on and off the field, serving as a role model for teammates in dedication, sportsmanship, and commitment. Led team discussions and provided motivational support to inspire peak performance during practices and games. Fostered a positive team culture by promoting unity, communication, and mutual respect among players.
