Summary

I have worked with some of the most challenging cases with the most severe part of the spectrum of children with not only autism but other comorbidities. I can give clear concise feedback to the clients that I have worked with while maintaining contingencies as well as maintaining multiple reinforcement schedules while maintaining disc ( deprivation, size, and contingency). I have experience speaking with parents about their child ‘s session without going beyond my scope. During sessions, I have been taught to probe skills when requested by the BCBA and afterward discuss this with the BCBA. I am able to manipulate the environment for the child's success to implement antecedents and consequences or teaching methods to meet those needs according to the behavior shown by my clients . I have run discrete trial teaching, tacting, manding, labeling, escape extinction, fluency-based instruction, as well as token economy, and assent withdrawal programs as well . I have implemented many different programs as well as different behavior intervention plans, designed and supervised by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst. I can maintain open communication with the rest of the clinical staff and the clinical and administration team. I can collect and take data promptly. I am familiar with central reach, as well as ABLLS, AFLS early start Denver modal, PEAK Vi-land, V-B Mapp, and early start Denver model curriculum assessments. I can write complete soap notes that are objective and subjective. Experience in writing and revising behavior plans, updating BIPs, treatment plans, target protocols, and helping with updating re-authorizations, conducting assessments all under BCBA supervision. Under BCBA supervision I have
participated in multiple parent trainings as well. I have trained and provided staffs

support to multiple colleagues that I've worked with. I have experience within home services as well as clinical services.
