  • Partnered with the staff at Tuolumne River Trust – a non-profit organization dedicated to restoring and protecting the irreplaceable watershed that spans from the Sierra Nevada Mountains through the Central Valley to the San Francisco Bay. Restored 9 miles of trails by removing 15,000 lbs of unwanted brush and building fire lines in an acre of the Stanislaus National Forest.
  • Collaborated with Lower Columbia Community Action Plan to distribute over 200,000 lbs of food for low-income and culturally-diverse families. Assisted in renovating 11 different homes in a self-help home rehabilitation program.
  • Removed 1.5 acres of nonnative species and brush for the Santa Cruz County Parks Department that threatened the area during fire season. Promoted a healthy outdoor initiative for community members in Santa Cruz.
  • Worked with FEMA to launch President Biden’s Priority Vaccine Program by helping to inoculate over 112,500 people in the most underserved community in Maryland.

  • Renovated a 2-story headquarters office space for the Manassas National Battlefield Park in Manassas, Virginia.
  • Helped refurbish over 700 acres of ecosystems and forest land for the US Fish and Wildlife Services by conducting prescribed burns in Suffolk, Virginia.
