I consent to the use of my name, voice, image, likeness, and any and all attributes of my personality, in, on or in connection with any film, audio tape, video tape, audio-visual work, photograph, virtual reality, 3D video tape, 180/360 video tape, illustration, animation, or broadcast, in any media or embodiment, now known or unknown, including, without limitation, all formats of computer readable media, produced by or for the benefit of “Fan Delux”. I further consent to the use of my name, voice, image, likeness, and any and all attributes of my personality in any advertising or promotional material created or used in connection with “Fan Delux” and each such item of advertising or promotional material will be considered a “Work” for purposes of this agreement. I acknowledge and agree that the Work (the products and results of the services to be rendered by me) is a work made for hire and I agree that the Work (and all rights therein, including, without limitation, copyright) belongs to and shall be the sole and exclusive property of “Fan Delux” b. If for any reason the Work would not be considered a work made for hire under applicable law, I hereby irrevocably sell, assign, and transfer to “Fan Delux” its successors and assigns (a) any and all claims of entire right, title and interest in and to the copyright in “Fan Delux”, (b) the exclusive and perpetual right throughout the world to use, print, produce, publish, copy, display, perform, exhibit, transmit, broadcast, disseminate, market, advertise, sell, lease, license, transfer, modify, and create derivative works from “Fan Delux” in any media or format, now known or unknown, for any purpose whatsoever. c. I waive any right to inspect, examine or approve the content of “Fan Delux” d. I agree that “Fan Delux” will have no obligation to utilize the authorizations and rights I grant to “Fan Delux” hereunder. e. I hereby release, discharge, and agree to hold harmless “Fan Delux” its legal representatives and assigns, all persons acting under its authority, and those for whom it is acting, from all claims, causes of action and liability of any kind, now known or unknown, in any way arising out of or in connection with my work for “Fan Delux” or the exploitation of the Work, including, without limitation, claims of libel, slander, invasion of privacy, right of publicity, defamation, trademark infringement, and copyright infringement. f. I represent and warrant that I am over the age of eighteen (18) years, and have the right to contract in my own name. I further affirm that the authorizations and rights granted hereunder do not conflict with or violate the rights of any third party. g. For creators earning between 0 to 5,000 € per month, our standard package includes a 50% commission on their earnings, reflecting our comprehensive support in all areas. As creators grow their income from 5,000 € to 10,000 € per month, our commission decreases to 45% while maintaining all services. For those reaching the 10,000 €+ mark, our commission further reduces to 40%, reflecting our commitment to reward success. Additionally, we provide premium services as needed, such as targeted promotion and exclusive content development, ensuring creators have the flexibility to choose the level of support that suits their needs. Payments are deposited to the undersigned’s account on the 1st and 15th of every month based on the following bi-weekly fund availability which can take 7-10 business days to withdraw. Based on your state’s tax requirements, “Fan Delux” recommends you save 25% of your income for taxes because OnlyFans will send a 1099 NEC form in the event you make more than $600. h. If either party decides to part ways, all photos, videos, accounts and material associated with the undersigned will be removed within 7 days and all income made within that pay period will be revoked. h. I have read the above authorization, release and agreement, prior to its execution; I fully understand the contents thereof.
