The Patient Access Collaborative is committed to ensuring every patient receives timely access to ambulatory care. Partnered with leading academic health systems, children's hospitals and cancer centers across the nation, PAC aims to provide a forum to discuss advances in care and to ensure no patient is left behind.

• Maintained a strong online presence, promoting published works through personal blog and social media channels.
• Supported editorial team in achieving publication deadlines, maintaining a consistent writing output.
• Delivered timely articles on PAC's 5 pillars of focus: Patient Experience, Capacity Management, Contact Management, Digital Innovation & Ambulatory Operations.

• Founded Ivy McQueen Charity, Inc. 501 (c) (3), tax exempt entity, to provide educational tools and medical support to children in Government and Foster care in Jamaica.
• Created partnership with Child Protection and Family Services in Jamaica in 2016.
• Supplied over 1,000 back packs for Annual School Campaigns.

• Developed and implemented communication strategies and information programs to secure location for second airport in Georgia.
• Directed firm's communications efforts and served as primary liaison with the community in on-going communications concerning the progress of airport development, as well as assisting the Public Involvement Team in formulating programs.

• Approached and hired by Board of Directors to facilitate training for over 250 employees.
• Developed policies, procedures and improvements to products based on company needs, changes in culture, procedures, or services.
• Analyzed product trends for marketing programs and product improvements.
• Outstanding Award Recipient- secured $32 Million Trust Account-largest in company's history.
• Reviewed and edited all training materials for accuracy and company policy compliance.
