Relocation
Maintain a high quality program team to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to promote inclusion in the community through person centered and natural supports.
Manage team performance through effective communication, training, performance management, staff meetings, employee recognition
Recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to continue efficiency in improvements of department and services performed.
Maintain budgeting
Develop and update documentation for individual support plans (ISP's)PCP person centered plans with the interdisciplinary team to include any concerns, observations, and behavior management.
Cooperate with licensing, audits and inspections as well as investigations
