  • As Grants Officer Representative (GOR), manage the Notice of Funding Opportunity process and renewal solicitation process for the English Language Fellow, Specialist, and Virtual Educator program with the current implementing partner.
  • As the Global Program Officer of the Virtual English Language Educator Program, strategize with and provide direction to the implementing partner to improve in-person and virtual engagement of Virtual Educators.
  • Lead analysis of existing virtual engagement for Virtual Educators to make strategic decisions to create a new virtual engagement program to foster dialog with current participants in order to allow them to gain ideas from each other and improve performance in current projects and in their careers as alumni.
  • Spearhead the initiative to launch a pilot in-person exchange program for Virtual Educators and their counterparts, planned for June 2025. This programming will enhance participant knowledge of educational trends and technologies, such as AI, and be a way for participants to feel more engaged with the program as alumni, sharing their experiences and new expertise with U.S. educators in their local communities.
