Additional Information

I left the traditional workforce over 8 years ago after the birth of my first child and have spent the following years managing my own household and raising three young children. This time spent as a stay-at-home parent accounts for the noted gap in my work history. I have benefited immensely from the lessons I have learned through my own journy as a parent, including managing childhood illnesses and supporting the mental health and wellbeing of my own children. Multitasking and detail oriented organization are an absolute necessity when managing a large family, and my sense of patience is regularly challenged and stretched! I am excited to once again be able to pursue my passion for engaging with children, outside of my own, to help foster their happiness and health as they grow.
