- Serve as clinical site manager designee to assist in management of daily operations, monitor staff and therapists, and implement policies and procedures
- Mentor graduate student clinicians and guide on assessment and intervention practices
- Participate as integral team member on Augmentative and Alternative Communication team to improve access to language programs and device systems across 5 outpatient sites, offer continuing education for staff, and create educational materials for parents and caregivers
- Provide services for ages 8 months to 15 years, including for culturally, linguistically, and socio-economically diverse populations with integration of interpreting services as needed
- Receive Crisis Prevention Institute certification informing evidence-based decisions regarding de-escalation techniques and crisis prevention training
- Pursue continuing education opportunities to enhance clinical expertise related to feeding and swallowing, such as CAN-EAT Approach, DTTC, and augmentative and alternative communication options through PRC and Tobii Dynavox
