· Performs as different princesses and characters at events and parties in Northwest Ohio and Southeast Michigan.
· Assists with parties and helps coordinate shows.
· Demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as problem solving skills, while interacting with guests.

· Collaborates with a team of performers to create engaging and interactive experiences for audiences.
· Thinks and reacts quickly to a multitude of situations and individuals.

• Provides excellent client experiences, facilitating shop flow, and reporting daily sales results.
• Leads client experiences from check in to check out ensuring Drybar standards are upheld.
• Checks clients in and out through Booker.
• Maintains highest degree of ethics when handling client payments and Stylist tips/commissions.
• Troubleshoots any Booker issues and makes changes to client profiles when needed.
• Manages Skype communication with Customer Service team and ensure all Skype messages are answered in a timely fashion.
• Elevates scheduling concerns to Customer Service team when necessary.
• Checks notes section of Booker for any special client requests.
• Manages shop flow including pairing clients with Stylists and managing break schedules for Stylists in the absence of or by request of the Shop Manager.
• Merchandising and inventory projects as assigned.
• Provide exceptional service.
• Creates a bar-like atmosphere by engaging with clients and team members.
• Maintains clear communication with shop management about overall shop operations.
• Sells products, tools, and memberships.
• Maintains punctuality for all scheduled and picked up shifts and come to work prepared for the job.
• Contributes to a positive shop atmosphere.
