Katherine Barahona-Castro

I am a licensed practical nurse with a strong background in patient care and I am IV certified. I have experience working in long term, short term, rehabilitation, memory care and assisted living care. I worked as a nurses aide for four years and then became a certified nursing assistant for 2 years. The first three years of becoming a nurses aide I worked at a brain and spinal cord rehabilitation center where I dealt with a lot of vents, wounds, and trachs. The next three years I worked through an agency and traveled to a variety of facilities all over Michigan. I am seeking a nurse's position that focuses on delivering quality care for patients and provides a good work environment.
