Clinical rotations:

• MGH IHP Mobile van and MGH Mobile Van: Provided community outreach to older adults with common chronic conditions such as hypertension and diabetes mellitus. The mobile vans allowed us to make home visit to assess patients home environments and treat accordingly.
• MGB Urgent Care Central Square: Treated both adults and children with common complaints such as fever, chest pain, bone fractures and lacerations. Acquired valuable clinical experience in urgent care setting such as triaging level of care. Duties included conducting thorough patient assessments, ordering diagnostic tests, formulating treatment plans, prescribing medications, arranging referrals, and performing minor procedures such as suture/staple removal, splinting, and wound care.
• MGH Primary care Pentucket Medical: Treated adult patients in the primary care setting which involved annual physical examinations as well as same day sick visits. Duties included conducting thorough patient assessments, ordering diagnostic and routine tests, formulating and adjusting treatment plans, prescribing medications, arranging referrals, and performing managing chronic diseases.
• Stratton Elementary School: assessed and managed treatment for children ages 5-11 years old for choric medical conditions such as diabetes mellitus as well as common illnesses such as otitis media and pharyngitis.
• North Shore Physicians Group in Marblehead MA: Treated both children and adults in the primary care setting which involved annual physical examinations as well as same day sick visits. Duties included conducting thorough patient assessments, ordering diagnostic and routine tests, formulating and adjusting treatment plans, prescribing medications, arranging referrals, and managing chronic diseases.
