Work History

Family Medicine Resident Physician

I provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, including preventive care, diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses. I perform routine physical examinations, screenings, and immunizations to promote overall health and well-being. I developed personalized treatment plans based on individual patient needs, incorporating evidence-based medicine guidelines. I prescribe medications according to established protocols while considering potential drug interactions or contraindications, while also educating patients on disease prevention strategies, lifestyle modifications, medication adherence, and self-care techniques. My program had a strong emphasis on obstetric care and I was able to assist pregnant women throughout their prenatal care journey from initial assessment through delivery planning. I counseled patients regarding reproductive health issues including contraception methods. I participated in quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing patient care outcomes and safety measures, while also conducting research studies or clinical trials related to family medicine topics, contributing to the advancement of medical knowledge.
