New Hampshire COVID Alliance 2020-2021

The COVID Alliance supported assisted living facilities, skilled nursing facilities, and other senior residential facilities in New Hampshire by providing actionable information as needed, being available to discuss facility status daily, and advocating for any supplies or services that might make COVID-19 outbreaks in the facilities less likely.

Served as Regional Liaison responsible for daily follow-up with senior-residential facilities

• Offered daily contact to the facilities and provided support as needed
• Provided daily report to the Statewide Coordinator regarding COVID cases and mortality in the facilities and regarding questions and needs that facility contacts identified
