I begin by warmly greeting the patient and escorting them to the exam room. Once the patient is comfortably settled, I take their vital signs and perform an EKG if ordered by the physician. I also review the patient's chart to ensure all information such as medications, allergies. and medica history is up to date and accurately documented to support effective patient care. In addition, I maintain clean and well stocked exam rooms in preparation for incoming patients. I collect samples for laboratory testing, administer injections, medications, and treatments as directed by the physician, and respond to patients callbacks and prescription refill request. Communicate with pharmacies to submit and manage prescription refills. Complete prior authorization for medications and treatments as required.

Greeted patients and verified their information as part of the registration process. Accurately entered patient demographic and financial data into the system. Completed all necessary registration paperwork, including consent forms and other required documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational protocols. If the patient has a previous record, I verify and update their existing chart. If it's their first visit, I create a new patient chart in the system. I also collect any required copay, if applicable, in accordance with insurance and billing policies.
