Leads program operations, staff, professional development, fiscal management, facility operations, and curriculum development.

Worked with the Department of Defense staff to ensure funding.

Implemented the STEM program designed to engage students in exciting hands-on activities including physics, chemistry, nanotechnology, rockertry, engineering design, CAD, 3D printing, and flight simulator.

Worked with over 800 students per year from Title 1 schools throughout San Antonio.
