Coaches Award

Receiving the Coaches Award is a strong accomplishment. When a player is recognized and awarded, it shows that the player receiving it shows that they show continuous support and teamwork no matter what. When I received it, I was told that I received it because I was able to take in a new player on the team and show her how to improve her skills. Since she played the same position as me, she would sub in for me during games. I was never upset or sad that she went in for me. My coaches saw that, and noticed that I never changed how I reacted. All three of them unanimously voted me to be the recipient of this award.
