Nurse Direct. I provided RN telephonic nurse triage, doing an assessment and then providing nurse triage advice per approved protocols, resolving issues as able, teaching, gauging and assuring understanding of advice given, while also contacting a provider if indicated. My position for nurse triage was initially Nurse Direct for Affinity, that then transitioned to Ministry Health Care, and then to Ascension Health Care Nurse Triage , supporting the Ascension Wisconsin Dr's offices, hospitals, and community, during and after office hours. This past year my department was assigned to the Ascension Contact Center Nurse triage team responsible for post hospital and Emergency Room calls for the Florida and Texas markets. My department for Telephonic Nurse Triage was eliminated 08/24 and I have been on severance for my 33 years with the health system since that time.

Registered Nurse/Phone Triage at LaSalle Clinic Pediatric department for the St. Elizabeth Hospital pediatricians. This clinic was located at Richmond St Appleton initially, then relocated to 1506 S. Oneida St into St. Elizabeth Hospital.

I worked as a staff RN with a variety of responsibilities for pediatric, women's surgical, mother-baby, and nursery patients, as well as medical and surgical overflow patients.

Worked as staff RN and then as Charge Nurse with multiple responsibilities, including acting as Preceptor to newly hired RN's.
