Responsible for full cycle recruitment including candidate sourcing, interviews, contracts, and onboarding.
Building a rolling book of business by establishing long-term relationships between school districts.
Working with Special Education professionals such as School Psychologists, BCBAs, Social Workers, and support personnel.
Maintain a current stream of business while consistently seeking new business.
Promote the outlet and increase attendance by strategically selling the customer on products available.
Ensure guests have an excellent experience by being charismatic and customer-oriented.
Coordinating with the manager to create a schedule enabling time for each guest to spend maximum time in the outlet experiencing as many products as possible.
Listening to coworkers, sharing ideas and working together to move business forward.
Teach clients with Autism communication, social, and life skills through ABA therapy.
Accurately collect and record data to monitor the progress of each client’s goals.
Abide by different insurance plans for each client and managing client hours to provide the opportunity for maximum therapy without exceeding allotted hours.
Collaborate alongside BCBAs and other professionals following treatment plans.
