Quality Assurance, and Delivery Monitoring

• Provide comprehensive portfolio monitoring support to ensure the timely delivery of the VPU's ASA Program by collaborating closely with the the global operations focal points, the SMD office, and other global VPUs.
• Prepare Operational Reports or PPT (e.g., Quarterly Operational Update) for management team on status of deliveries and portfolio performance, highlighting any issues that require management's attention.

Operational Guidance and Analytics

• Provide operational guidance to Global teams and following up on actions from management reviews and discussions.
• Identify issues and trends, and seek inputs from the GPs as needed while interacting with TTLs, GPs, and corporate departments on emerging issues.
• Generate portfolio intelligence, identify trends, and produce customized reports and analytics for specific areas within the portfolio as required.
• All these efforts delivered with high degree of accuracy and led to important management discussions and decisions

FY25 MOU and MOA Monitoring

• Periodically review and report on the progress against targets agreed in the FY25 MOU and MOA, and flag indicators that need management's attention.
• Collaborate with Global teams, RM, TF, and HR colleagues to ensure understanding, to monitor and compile data for reporting purposes.

Corporate Collaboration and Support

• Serve as the primary point of contact for various corporate-led initiatives, including the ASA reform (Knowledge Platform and Dissemination IO), Sector-Theme exercise, IDA PC monitoring, pipeline risk assessment, corporate reviews, the implementation of MFD, completion of the year-end WBG Portfolio clean-up, and support for Advisory on Data for Operations - to help support the organization's goals.

• Monitored operational activities at all stages of the project cycle, including progress on MOU, risk ratings, project supervision, slippages & disbursement issues while coordinating frequently with the regional and thematic operational focal points which improved efficiency and quality of lending products
• Identified key portfolio key indicators affecting project preparation to implementation and flag issues that need management’s attention which helps improve project performance
• Supported task teams to enhance quality assurance by providing operational and processing guidelines, following-up on deliverables, ensuring compliance on recommendations, monitoring progress on agreed action plans and reporting back progress to MT
• Prepared updates/briefs for Directors on operational matters such as status of deliveries and portfolio performance including a quarterly report highlighting items that need management’s decision
• Lead-on problem-solving with respect to trust fund status, alerting task teams on specific TF requirements, maximizing resources by sorting out remaining unpaid commitments, monitoring extensions & closing dates, results reporting for Bank and Donors, and ensuring adherence to specific TF requirements including compliance with Donor Agreements and or covenants
• Prepared ABCDQ briefings, joint (bank-IFC) portfolio monthly briefing, data analysis, quarterly, annual portfolio review, and action emails to highlight items that need management’s decision
• Carried-out substantive research, data-mining and analytical tasks by org prioritizing wide range of operational tasks like completing review, remapping and validating all T&C lending, WB & IFC ASA and TF portfolio in alignment to the T&C Roadmap and effectively communicated trends/lessons learned which improved quality of portfolio
• Introduced, designed, and launched operational dashboard (MOU) using strong attention to detail which was further developed to serve the entire WB Practice Group

• Specialized in preparing, monitoring, and drafting VPU’s operational joint Bank-IFC reports (Lending, ASA, TF) which were presented to Senior Management which made strategic decision-making easier
• Helped design and launch the first FPD’s MIS (Management Information System) joint Bank-IFC reports which enhanced transparency of information across the network
• Responsible for delivering portfolio management tasks such as drafting portfolio related key takeaways, conducting portfolio annual reviews, and producing monthly portfolio analysis
• Provided advice on operational and processing guidelines which also includes following-up on deliverables, ensure compliance on recommendations, monitoring progress on agreed action plans and reporting back on progress, and flagging issues that needs attention
• Successfully established a TF Community in the VPU by coordinating events and launching the new FPD TF webpage with necessary resources such as donor information center, trust fund policies and status of VPUs Global and Main TF Programs

• Provided valuable support to the Operations Quality Team, which has resulted in an enhance unit’s work program; maintained, updated, circulated, and monitored operational review schedules with key deadlines to help the team achieve established goals
• Generated and prepared portfolio data through Business Warehouse & Operations Portal and produced data analysis which were used for Regional VP’s slides and reports

• Responsible for writing segments including anchor spiels, interview questions, scripts, news line and other items
• Hosted a travel program which features promising business ideas and stories to inspire future entrepreneurs
