• Program Planning & Development:

-Design, plan, and implement STEM-focused educational activities, workshops, and projects for students for 4 different school districts.

-Ensure the program curriculum aligns with STARBASE’s mission and objectives, promoting engagement and learning in subjects like science, technology, engineering, and mathematics.

- Manage inventories of program supplies and order new materials as required.

• Coordination and Scheduling:

-Organize and schedule program sessions, ensuring that all logistics, including classroom settings, materials, and guest speakers, are in place.
-Work with schools to schedule visits, classes, or events for the students involved in the program.

• Communication & Outreach

-Serve as the main point of contact for participants and educators.
-Promote STARBASE to potential students and schools through outreach efforts, including meetings, emails, social media, or other communication channels.
-Maintain clear and open communication about program activities, goals, and any changes or updates to the schedule.

• Participant Support & Partnership Building :

-Ensure students are actively engaged in the program and provide support as needed.
-Address any issues or concerns that arise during the program, such as behavioral or logistical problems.
-Track student progress and outcomes, identifying areas for improvement and providing necessary feedback. -Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, educational institutions, and other organizations that may contribute to or benefit from STARBASE.

• Training & Supervision:

-Provide training and support to staff, volunteers, or instructors working with students to ensure that they understand the program’s objectives, safety protocols, and best practices for delivering STEM education.
-Oversee the daily operations of the program, ensuring that activities are conducted according to established guidelines and policies.

• Data Collection & Reporting:

-Collect data on student participation, progress, and feedback for program evaluation.
-Prepare reports on the success and impact of the program, highlighting any challenges or successes.
-Analyze data to identify trends and areas where the program may be improved or modified.
