As CCRES employee, direct Supervisor is Director of Human Resources. Supervisor at CCIU is Advanced Clinical Services and Home & Community Services Program Supervisor. Within this role, responsibilities include coordinating and overseeing clinical processes and procedures for Intensive Behavior Health Services' program and other related H&CS program services. Participate in recruitment, selection, orientation, training, supervision, and oversight of clinical staff, including Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs), Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBTs), Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Behavior Consultant-ABA, and Mobile Therapists (MTs). Promote positive relations with referrals, regulatory school districts, funding agencies, community relations; assist in budget development, control of expenditures and collection of revenue within Home & Community Services (H&CS) program. Work independently in absence of Supervisor. Initiate and oversee services to clients/students and direct clinical activities of case managers and masters level practitioners of H&CS program. Collaborate with IBHS and ACS Coordinators as it relates to recruitment, selection, orientation, training, supervision, and oversight of clinical team members. Additional responsibilities include: Implementing new policies and educating staff on changes, coordinating, monitoring, assigning, and documenting client/student and clinical care activities; coordinating continuing education opportunities for staff members to stay current on industry advancements and best practices; devising and implementing clinical protocols to ensure high-quality client; Supervise and manage daily activities of clinical team consisting of 4 Case Managers (BCBAs) and 3 full-time Clinicians. Provided a wide range of evidence-based ABA services to young children and adolescence on the Autism Spectrum and other intellectual/developmental disabilities through Gym Jam Therapeutics, Inc. (center based, school, home and community based); Provided training and supervision for RBT’s, BCaBA’s and BCBA’s. Responsible for monitoring commercial insurance authorizations, participating in peer to peer meetings, parent coaching sessions, and intake assessments.
Clinical Supervisor

BCBA
Full-time LBS Contractor assigned to New Lisbon Developmental Center, New Jersey, a residential/habilitation center that offers and delivers the most comprehensive continuous (24/7) care and treatment. This facility is used as an alternative to detention in a correctional facility or as a residential requirement of probation for men with developmental disabilities 18 years of age or older who have been convicted of a crime or have engaged in criminal behavior. Its programs specialize in sex offender and arson-related treatment. Daily practices entailed ABA principals, FBAs, BIPs, various evidence-based assessment tools, human rights committee, safety committees, interagency and interdisciplinary team meetings, staff and parent/guardian trainings were an integral part in treatment.

Responsibilities included consultation and collaboration with parents, legal counselors and therapy providers; Discovering and understanding students’ circumstances in relation to their emotional reactions using ABA Principals and evidenced-based practices; Formulating and implementing techniques and methods of behavioral, mental and emotional modification; practicing Maturity, sensitivity, and objectivity when organizing resolutions; facilitating and implementing evidence-based decision making and accountability; Provided direct and supportive instruction to students.
