  • This was a summer camp for people with disabilities where I held several positions over the summers between college years. The positions I held starting with the most recent were; Cabin Life Specialist, Art Programing Director, Teaching Artist, Cabin Counselor.
  • Cabin Life Specialist: I interviewed, hired, and trained the cabin staff to work and care for people with disabilities of all ages. I scheduled the day staff and I supported them while ensuring the care of our campers was high quality.
  • Art Programming Director: I was in charge of the arts programing for the summer and I worked with 3 others to ensure that there were fun sessions and events they could attend.
  • Teaching Artist: I came in during the year to teach monthly classes to people with disabilities
  • Cabin Staff: I worked with a team of staff to ensure that all people in our cabin were fed according to their dietary needs, personal hygiene was upheld, and attended the programing at camp.
