I have been a lifelong runner and have recently expanded my practice to include yoga, Pilates, and strength training, creating a more dynamic and balanced movement routine. I use movement as a tool for mental, emotional, and physical regulation, which has directly shaped my academic interests in neuroscience and astrophysics. I am deeply curious about the connection between the mind and body and the power it holds to positively influence daily experience. I am passionate about both learning and teaching, and I value engaging in thoughtful conversations that expand my perspective and support a well rounded understanding. I prioritize curiosity while leading with empathy in my interactions with others.
