  • Hired, on-boarded and trained all new employees. Hiring up to 6 associates a month.
  • Assisted Community Events Leader to create and host localized events to align with brand initiatives on a bi-monthly basis. Planned and organized quarterly community service events for employees and members of the community. Store was 1 of 3 community focused stores in the company.
  • Provided consistent coaching, customer experience training and people development on a daily basis for a team of up to 18 people. Planned and hosted weekly leadership meetings. Four direct reports were promoted to next level opportunities.
  • Drove customer engagement and brand loyalty by increasing store enrollment in company's loyalty program by 170%. Store was recipient of the 2020 VIPeak Award.
  • Increased store's omni-channel business year after year. Produced double digit growth in IPAD, BOPIS, SFS, STS, and e-com sales. First store in the company to start the execution of e-commerce orders at the store level.
