This was a Private case in home. Took care of all her personal hygiene, Showers, teeth brushing. Days no shower still cleaning up. Made 2 meals a day. house work and laundry. For activity played cards plus took walks.

I hand to take vital signs, Do documentation on all my residents, how much they ate and drink and if they had special needs in their care plan. I gave showers,helped with feeding,and all of their ADL. Checked on residents and answered call lights. In this facility we prepared the food so if they needed ground or puree food i had to do it. Plus thicken there drinks. Did cleaning and laundry.

• Encouraged patients to participate in safe physical activity to help boost mood and improve overall wellness.
• Transported clients for medical and personal outings.

One of my duties was to go check on all the residents.

• Promoted exceptional quality of life for residents by innovating, organizing and conducting entertaining and stimulating activities. I work with the Alzheimer's and Dementia residents.
• Scheduled movies, entertainment and other special events. I would drive the bus to take them on a outing. And to Doctors appointment.
• Transported and escorted program participants to and from activities and on field trips.
• Engaged residents through events, small groups and personal attention.
