  • Ensure that the operation, Cast members, and fellow Leads are set up for success for the day by managing the daily workload, maintaining inventory, checking in on the Cast, assisting with Guest concerns, and being present and available at the attraction.
  • Perform assessments for Cast Members training to work the attraction.
  • Accountable for the training of new Leads in the attraction.
  • Create information boards for the Cast to explain and elaborate on important topics, such as operational notes, the Five Keys (Safety, Courtesy, Inclusion, Show, and Efficiency), and the Disney brand and expectations.
  • Establish, maintain, and encourage healthy and transparent communication between the management team, leadership team, and Cast Members.
