• Co-designed long term treatment program for the first problem solving DUI court in Illinois and served as part of a multidisciplinary team including a judge, probation officers, public defender, Sheriff's Officer and Veteran's Administration in Peoria County
• Designed new program content, facilitated transportation plan and community resources to grow ACT treatment program from 3 to over 60 consumers in two-year period
• Initiated new and revised existing group sessions of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy skills manual for outpatient substance use disorder program
• Co-led employee voluntary learning group dedicated to practice Motivational Interviewing (MI)
• Trained and supervised student counseling interns; resulting in successful employment for all interns
