• Prepared the home and documentation for smooth transition between shifts.
• Performed scheduled bed checks to maintain resident well-being.
• Accurately managed resident medications, including counting, dispensing, and documentation in accordance with protocols.
• Completed housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
• Performed basic charting to support continuity of care.
